I quite regularly go to Yemaya Spa in Sea Point to enjoy the suntanning sessions. The one lady, Zainab, I must say has really made my visits even more of pleasure and always makes me feel welcomed and happy - Thankyou for going the extra mile to make my visits memorable. ... I hope other clients get to enjoy your services ? See you soon! See More

I have been going regularly to Yemaya in the past but I have to say that for quite some time now I have received terrible service! Every time I arrive the reception area is chaos. They usually have 3-5 people behind the desk and a bunch of customers waiting to pay. None of the reception staff are at all friendly or helpful. I have never been greeted by name even though I go there almost every week. I pretty much take it upon myself to find the therapist myself else I will end... up waiting too long. Aside from poor reception on entrance it is worse on exit. Paying for the service received can take almost as long as the service itself lol. No one takes charge it's every man for himself and I have often had other customers push ahead of me while the staff do nothing. There is no system or organisation whatsoever.. Why is it so hard to have a functioning receptionist who is capable of smiling, remembering customers names and processing payments? It's a total mess at the moment and there are always different peop

Therapists are friendly and professional, albeit pushy with product sales - however their reception staff leave much to be desired. Particularly a girl named Xania (or something of that sort). She was utterly rude and classless in manner, and should definitely NOT be the face and personality for your salon, if you want to grow the business at all.
