Our Spa offers private and double massage rooms with en-suite jacuzzi’s. There are an indoor pool as well as two outdoor jacuzzi’s and sun beds that are set in a tranquil bird garden – the perfect place to unwind and relax.

I checked in on Wednesday (2 October 2019) for checkout on Friday. Thursday after work I retired to my room, Unit 157. The room was not serviced! A note pushed under the door "we couldn't service your room because your room was locked and we didn't have a key". Towels and bedding not done because someone expected me to leave my personal belongings in an unlocked room in a bush with my personal belongings including the electronics! And nobody at the reception or anywhere had t...he decency to tell me about this unusual arrangement. No ushers at the Units and you get told go look for an available room and use it! Not even a glass to drink water with or rinse mouth after brushing teeth. I had to use my hand! No tea/coffee stuff. Once you check nobody cares a fig. The service here stinks! As it is now am lying in an unrefreshed beautiful room. Yes the rooms are big and nice but the staff need serious training! See More
