I absolutely love The Glam Bar! The service and quality of treatment is impeccable, paired with the beautiful atmosphere, you're guaranteed a memorable experience.

For all the fussy ladies (and everyone els), this is def the salon to go to. Perfection to the point in all aspects, my gel never lasted so long before, the most friendliest therapist and Sharon always welcoming everyone with a big smile and go the extra mile to help me with appointments on the last min. Will def recommend everyone to go there. ??

I used to love this place but today I received the rudest treatment I have ever experienced in a nail salon. I called in prior to going & was told I could be accommodated. When the owner realized shed over booked she treated me as if it were my fault & sent the girl doing my manicure off to do something else. I sat for awhile with no sign that someone wd return. When I mentioned time restraints; she finally had the girl finish my set but was rushing her. Completely rude. Excellence should be the standard regardless. I will also mention I was the only black client in that day. Perhaps my skin color didn't warrant my nails a priority despite the fact that I was paying full price. Appalling behavior. The girls who work here are splendid; the manager clearly needs a lesson in customer service & how to conflict resolve under pressure.

I've only ever had lovely experiences at the Glam Bar on my 5 or so visits.

Worst service ever!! My gel pedi looked horrendous and no one seemed to see any fault with it. It was untidy and they cut my nails so short they look deformed, I was told that this won't be an issue as my nails will grow back!!! Not to mention that I was left to sit unattended for 20 minutes as they forgot that I was booked for a deluxe pedi. In the end (3 hours later) my Gelish was redone and I was given a R100 discount on my deluxe pedi (which I still never received) I had an express pedi!!! I paid R225 So in fact I received a R35 discount for having my time wasted.

The best wax ever!! Pain free, definitely back
