I can’t rave enough about Mercia! I have long blonde hair which was really destroyed by previous hairdressers... so much so that my hair had broken off at the roots. Mercia not only understood what colour I wanted my hair but also advised me on the best cut and process to get my hair back to great health. I have been going to Mercia for almost 8 months... in that time my hair has completely transformed to healthy beautiful hair! I can’t believe how she has managed to not on...ly give me a beautiful blonde colour, but also get my hair to the healthiest ever. What I love about Mercia is that she does my hair. You don’t get her mixing colour and passing you on to a junior. she is so considerate and always gives great advice. The salon is relaxed and you able to have a mani or pedi while you wait for your colour. The pricing is affordable and Mercia is really a talented hairdresser... The Service and Staff are excellent. But you need to look at the maintenance and up keep of the facility. The health breakfast and snacks were excellent. I suggest that you need to get another chef as the lunch was terrible and it tasted like nothing. The Treatments were all excellent except for the Full Body Exfoliation. What is the meaning of the brush. That is NO Exfoliation.
