At first I was extremely nervous and had such anxiety about getting laser hair removal as I thought it was going to be a painful treatment even though the claim was “pain free”- My therapist kindly reassured me that I was not going to receive any pain except a slight prick sensation and this made me feel at ease. My therapist was very warm and welcoming and she made me feel comfortable from the get go! She talked me through the process of laser hair removal and also answered all my worries and questions thoroughly which was really helpful before going ahead with the treatment. The treatment was not at all painful and I have a very low pain tolerance so this was amazing especially for someone who is quite scared to try new things! I was also so surprised to find out that the laser settings can be turned high or low depending on how comfortable it feels on your skin. My overall thoughts are WOW!! The claim is true! No pain and hardly any discomfort. This was my first session and I would like to definitely continue the treatment so I can see the final results :) If you are a NEWBIE like me in the laser hair removal world then definitely give Smart Laser a try as their therapists and knowledge of treatments really help you to understand the procedure before you have it done. I used to hate going to the hairdresser's as I found it super intimidating and it always stressed me out but as soon as you walk into Excentric, they welcome you in and you feel at ease straight away. From the receptionist to the stylists, everyone is so friendly and now instead of dreading my next haircut or colour, it's something I actually look forward to :) Also big thank you to Angie who is always my stylist when I visit, love how warm and friendly she is, she also always listens to any ideas or concerns I have about my hair! x
I had my hair cut by Talita on Friday, it was such an amazing experience ! I had a wonderful hair wash and scalp massage . Talita spent time ensuring that my hair was cut exactly the way I liked it . She is an incredibly talented stylist. She makes cutting hair a precise science . She’s absolutely my forever stylist, I walked out of the salon beaming ! ??
