I had a very disappointing massage and pathetic. I had booked a full body massage, invigorating back exfoliation and intense leg&foot massage. My massage was less than 70 mins (stipulated in the terms). I was not asked which massage i am coming for and was just given what they assumed. I booked for my mother, sister and myself and each of us had a bad experience. ... My sister had lady who was on her phone all time whilst she was being massage and being massaged on places that is in appropriate. My mother was massaged over he towel and no actual pressure was applied during the massage. I paid for a service and i got absolute ** back from this place?????? I sent a whatsapp explaining what had happen and no response was given at all, no apology, nothing what so ever. i will never book or tell any one to book at this place. See More

Having just moved to Jozi, I was apprehensive to go to a new hairdresser. I did a whole lot of research and found Sculpt Hair Salon. The reviews were great and the photos looked amazing, so I took the leap! Booking was super easy and I got a reminder the day before too! Arriving at the salon, I was greeted by smiling faces and offered tea/ coffee while I waited for Jana( my stylist). Once Jana had done the consult, Gladys, an angel from heaven, started with my colour. I was ...told to ask for anything I needed throughout my time at the salon.
