I just did My Indian Head Massage course through Usha @Soft Touch Wellbeing and what a lovely course to learn, lots of useful information and diagrams . So interesting and beneficial overall . I have learnt a lot through a very patient teacher. I hope to be back soon for another course.

I can truly say this is the best spa in the Helderberg and even Cape Town area for me after trying many other places! Beautiful decor inside, lovely staff and of course amazing massages. I love how personal and comfortable my experience is every time. I would recommend this place to everyone! Especially those who want to get away from the noise and crowds of people as this is a quiet and intimate place that truly allows you to relax. Been supporting them since day one and won't stop! :)
