Francois is THE B.E.S.T. ever! I was told by a stylist in Sandton that I had to wait 8 months for my dark tint to grow out before she could do blonde highlights...FRANCOIS made it happen in my first appointment - silver blonde (not yellow / orange!) and I LOVE IT!
